Latest reports coming in say that the day-long encounter between Maoists and CRPF personnel in Latehar, Jharkhand has intensified with 10 CRPF jawans killed and many injured. www.6park.com
According to reports, 3 CRPF jawans are still missing and the number of injured is expected to go up. IAF's Mi 17 choppers have been pressed into service to evacuate the injured. www.6park.com
The CRPF DG has rushed to the spot to take stock of the situation and bring the encounter to a close.
