无一中餐馆？加拿大100家最佳餐馆出炉 2016-12-02
圣诞节和新年将至，由OpenTable Canad 评出的2016年加拿大100家最佳餐馆来得正是时候！ OpenTable 是一个网络订餐网站，宣称评选结果是根据480,000条评论所归纳总结出来，评选主要标准有两大条：一是食物本身，再是服务态度。 如果从百家餐馆的省区分布来看，安省当仁不让地独占鳌头，共45家餐馆入选；其次是卑诗，24家；阿省18家；魁省11家；曼省（Manitoba）则有2家。
如果从城市来看，则是多伦多排第一，共35家；温哥华其次，21家；卡尔加里12家；安省著名旅游城市Niagara-on-the-Lake 6家；阿省Edmonton 5家；安省Oakville也有2家。 很遗憾萨省（Saskatchewan）和大西洋省份无一家餐厅上榜。但OpenTable 在今年9月的排名中将萨斯克通（ Saskatoon）的Little Grouse on the Prairie列为加拿大美食家百佳餐厅（100 Best Restaurants for Foodies in Canada）之一；另外一家称为Chop in Regina的牛排店则被列入加拿大50家最佳牛排店（50 best steakhouses in Canada）之一。 至于大西洋省份，也有餐馆被其它的评选中名列前茅：如爱德华王子岛（Prince Edward Island ）的 Fireworks 被enRoute 杂志列为十佳餐厅第三名；而哈利法克斯（Halifax）的Highwayman 则列第九。 根据OpenTable Canada的报告，今年最受美食家们欢迎的是意大利菜，加拿大本地菜其次，法国菜式第三，再是日本餐、美国、西班牙及地中海菜式也很流行。 文中没有提到中餐。 加拿大2016百家最佳餐馆名单： B.C.
