In Vietnam, the Sony Alpha A290 will apparently be priced at 9,990,000 VND ($529) complete with a 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 SAM lens. That’s about the same as an A230 currently costs there, we’re told. No word on when – or indeed if – we’ll see the same DSLR arrive in the US or Europe. www.6park.com
